Pleasant one night stay.

Arrived after 9pm. Staff friendly and helpful with luggage up to second floor (no lift)

All quite good. Room a little tired. Very old microwave spoils the overall impression of the room.

Relaxing place to stay for a business trip.

Location is amazing, beautiful views of the lagoon, Shopping nearby and park to take a walk in the evening.

Air conditioning in the restaurant would have helped as it was very hot. But the fans were good.

Comfortable, central, great restaurant and staff

Central to the hubbub of Port Vila with exceptional food and sunset views. Comfortable, good amenities, great restaurant and bar, staff were exceptional. ATM in the foyer is a handy addition.

Above what we expected for Vanuatu. It was not spotless, but the beds were perfect and all floors/surfaces had been cleaned well.

We will stay here again when we have connections to other islands or outlying resorts.

This was our first stay at Chantilly's The view from our balcony room was fantastic, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. If you have a late flight into Port Vila and you need a place to stay before connections, this is a great option. Very easy work into Port Vila shops and the market etc. We had a great night at the Banyan Beach Bar, the pizza was excellent and the drinks cold.

The bathroom was little outdated and a door that exposed the internal plumbing would not close. The lights in the bedroom were very dim.

Great Food, but rooms let the it down

Great Bar and restaurant on the waterfront, public areas are really nice. The food is also very good.

Rooms are very dated and basic which are long overdue for refurbishment and very overpriced. Service in the bar and restaurant is hit and miss having to wait sometime to get served despite the restaurant being almost empty.

Views, location, facilities, large bedrooms, balcony facing the lagoon, Banyan beach bar and staff were all great.

Price was quite high for standard of room. Bathroom (especially around the tiles) needs a deep clean.

Convenient hotel for an overnight in Port Vila

Convenient location if you wanted to stay close to the City Centre and if you are staying overnight in Vila - about a 5-7 min walk. Good restaurants close by.

Wi-fi didn't work at all which was frustrating. A tad expensive for the standard room and facilities and there are probably cheaper options close by. Room needs an upgrade but understand that tourism has just started to open up again in Vanuatu.

great view, great pool, great food

Fantastic views of the bay from the room, the dining area and pool. Walking distance to everything in town. The restaurant was excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. the staff were capable and friendly. they allowed us to check in by 1 and check out by 12 which was handy for our arrival and flight departures.

The sun heats up the room when the curtains are open but if closed you can’t see the view. the aircon worked well enough in the bedroom but didn’t cool the lounge much so might be a an issue for some but we coped fine as kids were in the lounge.

Great Location, Good Value, Comfortable Enough, Good Restaurant, Helpful Reception Staff

Location Great - Restaurant Great - Restaurant Staff could have been more attentive - had to track them down for orders & payments. The standout was the helpfulness & service from the gentlemen on reception - couldn't have been more helpful. Outstanding service from both of them.

Service from the staff in the restaurant could have been better. Toilets could have been cleaner in our room. An iron that worked properly would also have been useful.
