« Grosse déception malgré les nombreuses recommandations »
Le personnel à l'écoute de nos problèmes, la vue de la chambres, l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le geste commercial, face à tous les problèmes rencontrés.
Pas d'eau chaude durant notre court séjour. A notre arrivé l'évier dela cuisine était bouché. Cafard dans la chambre. L'ensemble de la chambre et de la salle de bain mériterai d'être bien mieux nettoyés (lunettes des toilettes salle, beaucoup de moutons de poussières sous le lit, attention aux allergies). Aucun matériel bébé mis à disposition alors qu'il nous avait été confirmé que tout serait disponible. À notre arrivé, on nous dit que le matériel bébé est là mais "cassé".

« Emplacement intéressant, les chambres sont à revoir pour les baies vitrées et l’insonorisation »
Emplacement intéressant et belle vue mer des chambres avec petite terrasse
Les baies vitrées étaient très difficiles à ouvrir pour accéder à la terrasse pour les 2 locations que nous avions réservées, hors du temps. Malheureusement les 2 appartements étaient non adjacents, comme demandé. Et la route, passante, en bas de l’hôtel, a fait que nous avons entendu les voitures.
